		<description>Jambalaya is one of my favorites - having been raised by a Southern mother who introduced me to all things &quot;Trinity&quot;. Since I don&#039;t eat shellfish, your recipe is much more appealing than those I&#039;ve seen with the addition of shrimp.  Hmmm....may be time to make a pot of my own!  :)
