Patricia…you are no more a huge fan of eggplant than I am ;o)

Did you ever have a chance to find ‘Sicilian’ eggplants?
They are fabulous…no need to sweat them either.
I discovered them only a few years ago by fluke.
They are now starting to carry them at the market.

If you find and try them…let me know ;o)

What a yummy looking spread. I love eggplants and as you mentioned, one of my favorite ways to prepare them is by using a simple marinade and grilling them.

I didn’t know that eggplant is a fruit, though. Thanks for the lesson.
