First the menu offers a choice of Warmed Winter Greens Salad or Sweet Potato Chowder. Next the main choice is Roasted Free Range Turkey with thyme gravy and sage sausage stuffing or Grilled Pork Loin with mushrooms, apple jus, carrots and apple glaze. And the classic sides for everyone are Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Candied Yams and Cranberry Sauce – also melt-in-your-mouth Black Pepper Thyme Parker House rolls. Your feast ends with either Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream or Bourbon Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream.

The Ritz Prime Seafood – Newport Beach:
Chef George Neyra and his kitchen team at The Ritz Prime Seafood will be preparing a celebratory elegant holiday repast to enjoy with family and friends while relaxing along Mariner’s Mile. The meal starts with a seasonal Kale Salad and Second Course options are Chestnut Soup with lobster and black truffle or Squash Agnolotti with pumpkin seeds and asiago cheese. Main Course selections: Braised Short Rib with celery root puree, Maple Glazed Wild Salmon with cipollini onions or Heritage Breed Turkey Breast and Leg Confit with cinnamon cranberry sauce and classic gravy. Entrees are accompanied by a selection of hearty sides such as traditional brioche dressing, potato-cheddar gratin and baby turnips with pearl onions.
