Better than an energy drink, this refreshing, nutritious smoothie replenishes your body, mind, and spirit.
Serves: 2 servings
  • 1 quarter of a fresh pineapple cut into chunks (about 1-1/2 cup)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium-sized zucchini or yellow carrot, cut into chunks (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup organic, unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Dole chia seeds
  • 1 dropper-full Turmeric essential oil*
  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender with a few ice cubes on top and blend until smooth.
