Now that spring has arrived, Missouri wine lovers are ready to get outside and hit the wine trail after a year of being deprived! Much to the joy of food and wine lovers, The Farmers’ Table Wine Trail event is happening once again on Saturday, April 10th. Visitors to Hermann have the opportunity to learn more from the farmers behind their food and wine while visiting seven wine trail locations. Celebrating the best of what Missouri has to offer, tickets are

In addition to award-winning wine, The Farmers’ Table Wine Trail will showcase corn, soy, beef, pork, turkey, eggs, and dairy – all foods representing the state’s vibrant agricultural landscape. In the past, guests had the opportunity to learn about farms from Missouri CommonGround volunteers as they tasted their way through the delectable wine and food pairings. However, due to Covid19 safety precautions, volunteers from the various commodity groups will not be available to chat with visitors. Instead, cutouts of farmers will have a QR code that guests can scan and listen to a video about the commodity group behind the food pairing at each winery.
“The Hermann Wine Trail is excited to host The Farmers’ Table Wine Trail for the third year. It is a perfect addition to our popular wine and food pairing events,” said Hermann Wine Trail President Patty Held. “This opportunity allows us to showcase the best of what Missouri has to offer, great food and wine in beautiful Hermann wine country.”
