You’re in Paris! AND taking cooking classes! I’m so envious! Haven’t been to Paris in years. I last visited when my girlfriend was studying patisserie. I just bought some mackerel but planned to use my standard teriyaki sauce (a husband favorite). Love the yuzu sauce. Have fun and look forward to hearing more upon your return! Happy New Year!!!

Thanks for stopping by, Judy! LOL, I went to Paris in October and am just now writing about some of my many food adventures there. The cooking class was definitely an adventure, but something I now plan on doing everywhere I travel for more than a few days. Happy New Year to you and your family, too!
