True Seasons Organic Kitchen has been a source of influence and change with the eating habits of Orange County’s residents. Led by chef and philanthropist Saifon Plewtong, True Seasons is passionate about only using clean ingredients that are secured straight from the source and they have been making quite the name for themselves by offering the healthiest, cleanest and tastiest organic meals available.
As an alternative to many fast casual concepts in Southern California, the True Seasons menu offers organic hot pot cuisine (Shabu-shabu) alongside their deliciously healthy all-organic wraps, salads, bowls and desserts.
True Seasons is excited to announce new organic menu additions and updates to their popular dessert selections.
Recently added to the menu is an organic wild caught salmon, organic Thai curry chicken and organic teriyaki chicken; all which are used in their rice bowls, salads & wraps. On their dessert menu, they recently unveiled new flavors of 100% organic gelato and popsicles. Easily a visitor favorite, their desserts are always made with all natural, locally sourced ingredients.
True Seasons has also created their own house-made Sriracha made with lemongrass, chili, kaffir leafs and has zero sugar or GMOs.
As many healthy consumers know, every meal has a journey that starts with the local source of each core ingredient. Each menu selection at True Seasons originates locally from the local farmers and quality vendors that share the True Seasons mantra using completely organic, GMO-free and majority gluten-free ingredients. Chef Saifon also operates the The Free Pantry, a non-profit Christian collective which offers low income families and the elderly free organic vegetables through their monthly farmer’s markets.
