Orange County has an abundance of superior dining establishments offering Thanksgiving dinner this year. No need to stress. Relax and be a guest at the table! 

Island Hotel, Thanksgiving dinner

Make Thanksgiving as simple as choosing the ambiance that you enjoy the most, whether it be a traditional Thanksgiving family gathering or dining with friends for a Friendsgiving, dining choices run the gamut from relaxed, casual family-style dining at Three Seventy Common in Laguna Beach to elegant, waterfront dining at The Ritz Prime Seafood in Newport Beach.

Three Seventy Common, Laguna Beach

Three Seventy Common Kitchen+Drink – Laguna Beach:

At Three Seventy Common Kitchen+Drink, Chef/Owner Ryan Adams will be pleasing folks with a three-course Thanksgiving feast packed with traditional American holiday favorites. First the menu offers a choice of Warmed Winter Greens Salad or Sweet Potato Chowder. Next the main choice is Roasted Free Range Turkey with thyme gravy and sage sausage stuffing or Grilled Pork Loin with mushrooms, apple jus, carrots and apple glaze. And the classic sides for everyone are Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Candied Yams and Cranberry Sauce – also melt-in-your-mouth Black Pepper Thyme Parker House rolls. Your feast ends with either Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream or Bourbon Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream.

$52 for adults, $26 for kids (10 and under) and includes three courses and accompaniments. Does not include drinks, tax or gratuity.

The Ritz Prime Seafood, Newport Beach

The Ritz Prime Seafood – Newport Beach:

Chef George Neyra and his kitchen team at The Ritz Prime Seafood will be preparing a celebratory elegant holiday repast to enjoy with family and friends while relaxing along Mariner’s Mile. The meal starts with a seasonal Kale Salad and Second Course options are Chestnut Soup with lobster and black truffle or Squash Agnolotti with pumpkin seeds and asiago cheese. Main Course selections: Braised Short Rib with celery root puree, Maple Glazed Wild Salmon with cipollini onions or Heritage Breed Turkey Breast and Leg Confit with cinnamon cranberry sauce and classic gravy. Entrees are accompanied by a selection of hearty sides such as traditional brioche dressing, potato-cheddar gratin and baby turnips with pearl onions. Luscious Pie selections are Pumpkin, Pecan or Orchard Apple.

$79 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

EATS Kitchen and Bar, Irvine
The Backyard at Hotel Irvine:

At Hotel Irvine they say, “If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen and into The Backyard.” This year’s Thanksgiving feast brings a cornucopia of food stations, including Roasted Turkey and Maple-Glazed Berkshire Ham, cooked-to-order Steelhead Salmon and Seafood Paella, build-your-own Bloody Marys, dessert stations and more. Plus, there will be live music, a kids’ craft station and a photo booth.

$65 per adult, $20 per child ages five to 12, excluding tax and service charge.

OR join the EATS family for Thanksgiving – EATS style – for traditional favorites with signature twists like Braised Short Rib, Oven-Roasted Turkey, Kabocha Squash Soup, Roasted Pork and so much more. Diners will be loosening a belt notch or two for this one.$39 per person for three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner. Additional options and children’s menu available a la carte. Pricing excludes tax and gratuities.

Oak Grill at the Island Hotel – Newport Beach:

Let Oak Grill host Thanksgiving this year. They are serving a mouthwatering four-course dinner including a Traditional Carved Turkey, Roasted Filet Mignon and Wild Salmon, plus traditional desserts created by Pastry Chef Andy de la Cruz. Guests can gather around the table with friends and family to enjoy the best part: not doing any dishes.

$90 per adult, $35 per child ages five to 12, excluding tax and gratuities. Free for children four and under.

The Ballroom at the Island Hotel – Newport Beach:

Friends and family can gather in the beautiful Island Hotel Ballroom for a delicious brunch, including traditional Free-Range Turkey, Carved-to-Order Prime Rib, Seafood Station, Create-Your-Own Risotto Station and Champagne to wash it all down. Plus, there are live music and children’s crafts – for a day that’s made for the whole family.
