I have liked She’s Cookin / Personal Website! Zinfandel is my favorite red. They are potent, crowd pleasers exhibiting a lot of body with out all the tannins found in younger Cabernets. For whites, I like a good oaky Chardonay. One of my favorites is “Cruz Alta,” an Argentinian 100% Chard that’s barrel aged and balanced with fruit. More buttery than crisp. Best part is it’s under $10/bottle.
