The gorgeous Newport Dunes is the venue for the 29th Annual Hoag Summer Classic. Once again, Hoag Hospital Foundation and the 552 Club are collaborating with more than 30 of the finest restaurants in Orange County to host an evening of fantastic food, friends and fun.<\/em><\/p>\n

Orange County residents are fortunate to have in their own backyard the highly rated Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. Becker\u2019s Hospital Review<\/em>\u00a0named Hoag one of the \u201c100 Great Hospitals in America.\u201d Hoag has received this designation four times \u2013 in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016. Hoag is the only hospital in Orange County to make the list. Additionally, out of the nine California hospitals recognized, Hoag is the only non-academic medical center.<\/p>\n

Every year the\u00a0Hoag Hospital Foundation hosts the Hoag Summer Classic – an outdoor food and music event to raise funds for Hoag.\u00a0Celebrating its 29th year, the Hoag Summer Classic will feature live musical performances by The Chicago Experience and The Doobie Experience. The annual event, expected to attract thousands of Hoag donors and friends, will be held at\u00a05:00 p.m.<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0Wednesday, June 29, 2016<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, at the gorgeous Newport Dunes<\/strong>, 1131 Back Bay Drive in Newport Beach.<\/p>\n

Last year, guests sampled exquisite food from such restaurants as A Restaurant, Andrei’s, Back Bay Bistro, Bear Flag Fish Company, Bluewater Grill, The Bungalow, Canaletto Ristorante Veneto, Gabbi’s Mexican Kitchen, Harborside, Ho Sum Bistro, La Cuisine Culinary Arts, Newport Landing, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Rasta Rita and Rasta Taco, Red O, Royal Thai Cuisine, Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, Sabatino’s Lido Sausage Company, Santa Monica Seafood, Straub Distributing, Turnip Rose Catering and many more.<\/p>\n
