The highly acclaimed professional taco eating contest consists of 10 professional eaters from around the world, competing for cash prizes and the highly-coveted title of <b>Gringo Bandito Chronic Tacos Eating Champion<\/b>!<\/p>\n<p>The Gringo Bandito Chronic Tacos Contest brings together top professional eaters from around the world to test their skills and speed at taco eating. Among the 10 professional eaters is well-known world-champion eater <b>Takeru Kobayashi<\/b>, from Nagano, Japan. <b>Kobayashi<\/b>, holds eight Guinnes Records for competitive eating and will be defending\u00a0his record from 2015 where he succeeded in devouring 144 tacos in 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-26756 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/shescookin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Gringo-Bandito-Taco-Eating-Contest-e1490218265663.jpg?resize=650%2C433&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Takeru Kobayashi, world champion eater, competition eating, taco eating champion\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The 7<sup>th<\/sup> annual Gringo Bandito Chronic Tacos Challenge also welcomes defending European taco challenge champion <b>Jesse Pynn\u00f6nen<\/b>, from Heinola, Finland. Pynn\u00f6nen, who is said to look like a Viking and eat like a polar bear, is thrilled to have the opportunity to defend his title internationally. \u201cI\u2019m very competitive,\u201d comments Pynn\u00f6nen. \u201cI will train for over 2 months for this competition and will push my body to its furthest limit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other participating professional eaters include Molly Schuyller, Naader Reda, Kevin Ross, Erik Lampkin, Dave Brunelli, among others. Want to test your own skills at taco eating? An amateur competition will be open to 8 lucky contestants. Do it!!<\/p>\n<p>Besides the eating contests, there will be mucho opportunities to sample gourmet tacos and unlimited craft beer sampling. Event-goers will enjoy spirited games, engaging attractions and the crowd favorite lucha libre style wrestling matches.
