Vegan Raw Cacao Truffles |
Vegan Cacao Truffles

Rich in chocolate taste, these raw vegan cacao truffles  have a texture much like flourless chocolate cake. YUM!

  • 2 cups raw walnuts or pecans
  • 1/3 cup raw sweetener of your choice (agave, coconut nectar or bacon syrup)
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  1. In a food processor with the S-blade attachment, process the seeds to a fine meal. 

  2. Then, while the processor is on, add the sweetener, and all other ingredients except for the hemp seeds. Process for a brief moment until well combined and dough ball has formed.

  3. Roll into desired size and shape, then, roll each dough ball in hemp seeds. Place in a dehydrator at 105 degrees for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour to set.
