Mango Pineapple Margarita for Cinco de Mayo

Fresh mango and pineapple juice blends deliciously with tequila and Cointreau for a classic beach cocktail in this refreshing frosty margarita with a little kick. Add sand, surf, and sun and sip away!

  • 3/4 up fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 large mango seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup 2 ounces fresh key lime juice (about 6 limes)*
  • 2/3 cup about 2.5 ounces silver tequila*
  • 1/4 cup 2 ounces Cointreau or other orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup 2 ounces Serrano simple syrup
  1. Make the simple syrup by combining 1 cup water, 1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend and 1/2 of a Serrano chile pepper (seeded, and sliced thin). Heat mixture over medium heat until Truvia is dissolved. Remove from heat and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to cool.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, cover with lid, and process until smooth. Add ice to make 4 cups; process until smooth.
