Rich in chocolate taste, these raw vegan cacao truffles have a texture much like flourless chocolate cake. YUM!
In a food processor with the S-blade attachment, process the seeds to a fine meal.
Then, while the processor is on, add the sweetener, and all other ingredients except for the hemp seeds. Process for a brief moment until well combined and dough ball has formed.
Roll into desired size and shape, then, roll each dough ball in hemp seeds. Place in a dehydrator at 105 degrees for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour to set.
