In a glass bowl or measuring cup, lightly whisk four eggs with a little milk and water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of herb garlic spice.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef*. Remove and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or butter. Add mushrooms, sprinkle with chile flakes and cook for five minutes, stirring, until lightly browned. Add the peppers and cook vegetables for another 3 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in the ground beef and spinach.
Add the egg mixture, stir the mixture to cook the eggs evenly, about 5 minutes.
