A luscious lemon meringue cocktail elegantly evocative of sun, sea, and summer. Rimmed with graham cracker it's dessert in a glass.
1.5ounceVan Gogh Vanilla vodka
1ounceLimoncello di Capri
1ouncefresh lemon juice
1graham crackerprocessed to a fine crumb
Star aniselemon slice
Add ice to a shaker, add vodka, limoncello and lemon juice. Shake vigorously. Add the egg white and shake vigorously for at least a minute.
Pour into a chilled martini glass, rimmed in graham cracker crumbs. If you don't have graham crackers, a brioche cracker mixed with a 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar works, too.
