In January, I wrote about organizing and stocking a healthy pantry to make it easier to plan and cook healthy meals for your family. Since then I was invited to be a co-host on the segment “Creating an Efficient Kitchen” of  Cooking Connections – the  web’s first virtual cooking class chat room!

Here’s a list of all the fabulous co-hosts that will be available to answer your questions:

Angie Knutson, My Four Monkeys, http://www.myfourmonkeys.com
Carolyn Ketchum, All Day I Dream About Food, http://dreamaboutfood.blogspot.com/
Devaki Das, Weave A Thousand Flavors, http://www.weavethousandflavors.com/
Diane Campagna, Main Street Mommy, http://mainstreetmommy.com/
Jenn Fowler, Frugal Upstate, http://www.frugalupstate.com/
Kate Miller, Stolen Moments Cooking, http://stolenmomentscooking.com/
Melanie Feehan, Coupon Goddess, http://www.thecoupongoddess.com/
Priscilla Willis, She’s Cookin’, http://shescookin.com/
Silvia, Mama Latina Tips, http://www.mamalatinatips.com/
Sylvie Shirazi, Gourmande in the Kitchen, http://gourmandeinthekitchen.com/

Creating an Efficient Kitchen is hosted by Jodi Grundig (Mom’s Favorite Stuff), Sommer Collier (A Spicy Perspective) and Tricia Callahan (Once a Month Mom).  During the class, we all will share tips and tricks on topics ranging from efficient grocery shopping to creating delicious and inexpensive meals to stockpiling food and freezer meals.  Join me and these knowledgeable foodie moms in TheMotherhood to transform the way you operate in the kitchen!

I hope that you’ll take a few minutes and join us online – here’s the scoop:

When:  Wednesday, February 16th at 1:00 p.m. EST (10:00 PST) on TheMotherhood.

Where:  click on this link to join the class http://www.themotherhood.com/talk/show/id/62133.

You will need to register for a free account to take part in the chat, but don’t worry, it’s painless 🙂

Of course this isn’t the only class they are offering in the Cooking Connection Series, so make sure you check out the registration page for upcoming classes. Last week there were classes on Navigating Food Allergies, Mindful Mothering, and The Nine Rooms of Happiness, to name a few.

Most importantly,

♥ Happy Valentine’s Day ♥

This post has been sponsored by ConAgra and TheMotherhood.
